Your job will consist of fixing Macbooks, iMacs, iPads, & iPhones, whilst dealing with Micro soldering & Liquid damage repairs as needed. You might also come across some basic repairs for Android devices.
This role will require a methodical and disciplined approach to problem solving across a broad range of technologies and you will be expected to provide support and cooperate with the Frontdesk team to ensure all services are delivered within targets and to agreed standards.

Our working hours are 0930-1830Hrs (1hr break daily) and Saturday from 0900-1300Hrs
Wage structure is favourable for this position and commensurate to experience and credentials.

Main Responsibilities:
- Resolving tickets at 1st and 2nd level and escalating to 3rd level when necessary to gain the fastest resolution.
- Repair tickets when given the go-ahead with the parts that will be provided.
- Logging all tickets for locally reported incidents or requests, clearly and carefully.
- Document hardware parts required for repairs and provide accurate descriptions of faults.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Smart thinking and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Data Recovery knowledge basics
- Experience supported Software platforms
Our expectations and requirements:
- You should be a specialist in the field of hardware repairs on either Mac or Windows based products
- Clear and understandable English
- Currently living in Malta or Gozo
- All training will be provided to reach the standards required, including free Certifications as deemed necessary by management at the time of employment.
